Well, zombiephiles, it’s that time again – that time when you sit down and have yourself a long, hard think about which side would prevail in a zombie showdown.
This time we’re selling out to the teenage Twilight crowd and asking: who would win – Zombies or Werewolves?
Before you rush to join team zombie, don’t forget that Werewolves are fabled to have natural resistance to disease, rendering them, perhaps, immune to the zombie infection. On the other hand, other lore holds that werewolves can only transform during a full moon, begging the question of how they would survive during the other 29 days of the month.
What do you think, zombiephiles? Would the Werewolves natural strength, speed, and cunning give them an advantage over zombies? Would their preternaturally sharp teeth and nails be enough of a deterrent to stop zombies in their tracks, or would Team Zombie take a bite out of Team Jacob?
Werewolves would have natural immunity, right? But, they might have to compete with the undead for food.
I think weres would be affected by human pathogens since they are mutated humans. I vote zombies eat weres just as well as they eat regular humans. Zombie weres are a scary thought though! lol
I don’t have sufficient knowledge of popular culture to understand the various references to low-brow television-programming, so I’m just going to do the decent thing and vote for zombies.
Pointless question. Werewolves don’t exist
take that: “Night of the Living Dead”!
Weres, wolves or otherwise would be immune to the zombie virus if natural. Man made viruses may have trouble taking hold but may eventually take hold but either human or were form should be immune. Also, in were form they would decimate groups of zombies. My love of zombies hold true but were-creatures would win this one.
We may have an answer in the form of a book series: http://www.zombiephiles.com/zombies-ate-my-brains/zombies-vs-werewolves-pavlovs-dogs-book-review
