Resident Evil 4 - Best Zombie Game...Ever?

It's been mentioned in another post, and it deserves its own. I've gotta give a shout out to Resident Evil 4, which is, in my opinion, one of the best games ever made for the Nintendo Wii, the best game in the Resident Evil 4 series, and one of the best zombie games ever made.

I know there's some debate over the "humanness" of the zombies in Resident Evil 4, but I think we can all agree, having played it, that there's a real classic survival horror feel to the game that gets past some of the zombie rules it breaks.

What do you guys think? Thumbs up or down to Resident Evil 4, and why? Besides Zombie Dogs.

Resident evil 4 is possibly the best zombie game, but the upcoming Left 4 dead game also looks great. 4-player co op. Works on the CS engine. You can fight either as humans or zombies.

Information is a little scarce on it but its a good upcoming title to look out for.

Resident Evil 4 baby! Yeah! A big 2 thumbs up to this great game! I have it for my PS2, and I tell ya', I still crap my pants at some points, even though I know what's coming. Yeah, the villagers aren't zombies, but they still are damn scary and creepy! The developers did an amazing job with the game. One of my many fave things about the game is the "atmos-fear", and the music.

You're creeping around, keeping your eyes and ears peeled, and all of a sudden, you hear a villager shout out - they've spotted you!! Then the music starts up, and your adrenaline kicks in to the max. I especially love the parts where there is silence, except for the wind rattling through some chimes, or groans and creeks from old buildings... and then the music kicks in, giving you the ultimate rush! Ah man! I wish I weren't at work now, 'cause I'd pop that game in and play right now!
