The inevitable question - how would you break a 1000+ zombie siege on your home, business, or favorite recreational location?

You'll Definitely Want Agricultural Equipment

Postby Chester_MacArthur » Sun Jun 10, 2007 7:54 pm

Agricultural equipment is what you need to break a zombie siege! Where I live the stuff is all over - and most of the farmers leave the keys in them at night.

A backhoe or a thresher or something like that would work great against a zombie crowd. Why go over a bunch of zombies when you can just drive right through them?

I always think about where this stuff is parked - how far it is from my place, whether I could get there in a pinch. You should too! Preparation now is everything!

Agricultural Equipment

That's actually a great idea! I grew up on a farm, and I think that one of the best machines to use would be a combine! Just mow right into the huge groups, and watch the pieces and gore come flying out the back! Of course, because of width, the combine would only be good for open areas.

Just down my street we have a plant that mixes asphalt and surfacing materials like that. Plenty of closed cab earth movers. If I can make it there, I'll definitely use that to break the siege. I hope they keep those tanks full. Anyone know of a way to fuel those things from inside the cab? :)

Hmmm...what about wet concrete?

Something that Cadaver recently said made me just think this...I suppose, if you were to stockpile some concrete ahead of time, you could potentially pour liquid concrete over a small portion of your zombie crowd, potentially making a mess big enough to sneak through once it all starts to harden...

Of course, you'd need a lot of quick-dry and a lot of water...and I don't really see running water during a zombie outbreak...

Just make damn sure you have a completely closed cab. Those dozers and combines don't move very fast.

Beautiful, makes me glad to live out in the Canadian prairies.

I'm not sure what sort of machinery I could find, but failing finding anything useful, think of what you could do with one of those colossal tanks of gas farmers have.

Good Call!

Good call labine! I grew up on a farm, and we had a couple of those fuel tanks. One could create a long-ass fuse, and lure the zombies in close, and BAM!!! You could take out quite a few of them! I love it!!!!
